Moving Forward
She has over 35 years experience of which, 20 years were spent in the United States, Army, caring for service members and their families. She brings with her experience from Medical-Surgical Units, Cardiac and Telemetry, Labor and Delivery and Maternal-Child Care. She has worked as Clinical Nurse Specialist, Lactation Consultant, Certified Grief Counselor and many other facets in her career span of high risk nursing. She is a graduate of Norfolk State University; Masters in Nursing Midwifery from Stony Brook University and continues her education in PhD studies around wellness and healing. She will be the liaison to coordinate collaborative care between client’s, physicians and post-hospital recovery.
